Entreprenuer defined is one who organizes,manages and assumes the risks for a business or enterprise. The entrprenuer
or small business owner has been the back bone of the U.S economysince the U.S. was founded, because most fortune 500 companies
were started by ambitious individuals who had enough courage to go out and take a chance. Entreprenuership is probably
the single most important element in th U.S economy.The entreprenuer market buys almost half of all business to business product
and services and creates almost all new jobs(Harrell29). Entreprenuers are important to the world as whole because they
povide a wide variety of benifits for society. The effect that entreprenuers have had on the world is monumental.
Entreprenuer Henry Ford is credited with revolutionizing the industrial age. Henry Ford introduced
the world to mass production,specialization in the work force, and interchangebal parts. Although Henry Ford did not invent
the automobile,he was the first to put it into production on a large scale. Probably one of the most famous entrprenuers in
the world is sam walton the founder of wal-mart. Sam Walton started with one store in Rogers Arkansas in 1962 with his
brother. "Even though he grew up poor during the great depression, he was able to revolutionize the retail business and today
Wal-Mart is the biggest private employer in the U.S. with more than 1.5 million emplotees"(Allen). Bill Gates is another
great entreprenuer super success story. While attending Harvard university Bill Gates decided to take a chance and start his
own company called Microsoft. In pursuit of his dream to have his own business Gates dropped out of school and with his
partner Paul Allen made history.
